Hatha Yoga is a preparatory process of Yoga. The word “ha” means sun, “ta” means moon. “Hatha” means the Yoga to bring balance between the sun and the moon in you.

Hatha Yoga involves the practice of physical postures in conjunction with awareness of the breath to help develop mental focus and to connect the mind, body, and spirit.

You will learn

• Hatha yoga basics

• Breathing techniques (pranayama)

• Introduction to yoga poses (Yoga poses for back pain, core strength, balance and flexibility) with proper alignment

• Sun salutation
